Summary
This PR refreshes the Hermes optimization guide for the April 30 v0.12.0 state, replacing stale post-v0.10 framing with current Curator, TUI, plugin, dashboard, gateway, security, sandbox, and model-routing guidance. It adds a new Part 22 for the latest high-leverage workflows and updates the README, model cheat sheets, templates, benchmarks, ecosystem links, quickstart/reference docs, outreach docs, and changelog. It also removes obsolete placeholder/fluff such as the example.com disclosure link and stale MCP catalog URLs. Follow-up review fixes align the config wizard with Linear remote MCP, make Part 4's 18+ platform coverage consistent, correct provider/model identifiers, restore count/layout references, and align Google/OpenAI LightRAG + MCP package requirements across quickstart and config templates.
